★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best 卤味 I had in Taipei. Ingredients were freshly prepared. The herbal soup is closely controlled by the boss so that it doesnt get too blend, too salty or too thick. The preserved vegetable is the highlight. The boss would wash & soak it overnight. The next day, he'd cook it for 2-3 hr before the preserved vegetables are served. Putting his heart & soul into preparing only the best 卤味 to the general public, I'd say this is a must try food stall if you come Taipei.
