換修TCL的電視,店家處理效率很差,完全無法掌握換貨處理的進度,也不會主動跟TCL確認,換個貨也不是等維修,等了十幾天都沒有消息,還要消費者自己親自跟TCL那邊追問處理進度,接了外包維修的服務就要盡到自己應盡的責任,不是把自己當總機接線生,服務真的有夠差勁。
