預約好的時間,提早10分鐘左右到,但人到現場後被告知無法汽車美容,只說臨時有狀況,詢問大概要等待多久,師傅回覆「不確定」,並表示裡面有一台車要等車主以及拖車來,未說明情況,還明確表示,前一晚有請老闆告知隔日要汽車美容的客戶早上無法承接客戶,但我完全沒有接到任何通知,並且在@line提及此事的時候,店家竟然回覆,師傅有「請我上樓稍待10-20分」,這是我們在現場完全不存在的對話,上面有提到,一開始在現場師傅是回「要等」「不確定」「等車主來」「等拖車來」,而不是明確跟我提到一個時間,想當然我不可能因為各種不確定在現場一直乾等,而且客戶千里迢迢到貴公司,怎麼可能連10-20分都無法等,這種小事溝通就好,但是店家@line回覆,一直表示師傅有告知我等待時間並且請我上樓等待,完全沒有呀! 後續也有表示願意補償一次免費洗車,但是我在意的完全不是免不免費,是當下回覆的感覺,好像是客戶端這邊無法接受店家提案「上樓等待10-20分」的提議而離開,更何況,貴公司的師傅完全沒提到「上樓稍待10-20分即可」,除了現場都是以「不確定」回覆我之外,真的臨時有狀況,不是應該提早跟客戶告知一聲,就像客戶平時也有可能會有突發狀況而無法赴約,店家亦是,只要提前告知並且溝通,我相信沒有人是無法接受,更何況我人已經到現場了呀! 做生意除了品質要顧,誠信也很重要,事後的危機處理跟客戶溝通真的完全不行,希望店家能調整改進,才不會流失更多既有客戶跟潛在客戶! 如有虛言,我願為以上言論負責

洗車打蠟一次就是4小時,每個月洗一次想到都覺得累,剛好看到亮駒有鍍膜方案詢問完馬上就預約了,雖然鍍膜完怕下雨無法當天交車,隔天牽車時車體顏色飽和度整個提昇,師傅也很仔細說明車體鈑金狀況也有問必答非常專業!

真心推薦鍍膜方案~ 本人很少洗車而去車子鍍膜也掉了一陣子,車子上都是水痕,經過老闆跟師傅努力把我車子用的跟新的一樣,讓我大開眼界,內裝也幫我用的超級乾淨,真心推薦而去還有保固,我以後要多洗車?
