★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我沒這麼生氣對店家過，從一進去開始沒有一個人問我們需要什麼，我們也想說可能是自助型的所以找到老闆娘問他能否現場幫我插一盆盆栽，他說自行去找看喜歡什麼在拿來，我們走了一圈看到了喜歡的盆栽，去找老闆娘他說要我們把植物拿來，並沒有明確說拿哪一種，是插好的移過去還是拿一隻一隻沒插過的，他只說拿過來他請他家阿姨幫我們移過去，我花了半個小時在穿梭找，找到一盆類似大小的盆栽植物，他跟我說多此一舉，說他在趕時間要出去什麼的，是在哈囉嗎？我花這麼長時間在這，來回走來走去你後來跟我說不是這個你趕時間?
 I was never so angry with the store. From the moment I entered, no one asked us what we needed. We also wanted to say that it might be self-service, so I found the proprietress and asked him if he could help me plant a potted plant on the spot. Why are we bringing them? We walked around and saw the potted plants we liked. We went to the lady boss and asked us to bring the plants, but didn’t specify which one to use, whether they were inserted or removed one by one. He just said that he brought it over and asked his aunt to help us move it over. I spent half an hour looking for a potted plant of a similar size. He told me that it was unnecessary and he said he was going out in a hurry. What is it, hello? I spent so long here, walking back and forth, you told me later that it’s not this, you are in a hurry ?

I ordered two bouquets of flowers for Mother’s Day. The photos are quite different from the actual ones. All the roses are replaced with carnations. I didn’t even mention the colors. I feel a bit cheated...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店家好! 送花都是重要的日子跟意義，我於上週四預定全額付款，要求下周一9:00送達，店家回應沒有問題；但時間到了，沒有花沒有電話，打電話也都沒有人接，過了10:00多了…再不停的打電話給店家終於有人接，說要查之後也不回電話也不回LINE，到了11:00花送到了…沒信用，沒擔當，沒送也不敢說不敢回.. 一句道歉，沒有解釋。建議若要預定請評估好在決定。
Good shop! Sending flowers is an important day and meaning. I booked full payment last Thursday and asked for delivery at 9:00 next Monday. The shop responded with no problem; but the time is up, there is no spending, no phone calls, and no one calls. I picked it up, after 10:00... I kept calling the store and finally someone answered it. After saying that I wanted to check, I didn't return the phone or LINE. The flowers were delivered at 11:00... No credit, no responsibility, no delivery I dare not say I dare not reply.. An apology, no explanation. It is recommended that if you want to make a reservation, please evaluate and make a decision.
