★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵線口味偏淡(比較不鹹)，但是蒜泥超級多，吃到後面每吃一口喉嚨都被辣痛一次…不知道是老闆娘不小心加了2次？還是其實這就是本店的特色？對於愛吃蒜泥的人來說，想必很是過癮。
另外，大腸滷的不錯，蚵仔、大腸給的不多，但整體口味還算不錯。

❖ 蚵仔大腸麵線（$70）用保溫鍋打包5碗帶出去野餐，老闆娘人很好，有多給麵線，給料也完全不手軟，滿滿的滷大腸及蚵仔。蚵仔很新鮮，沒有腥味，外頭有裏粉再川燙，目前不是蚵仔產季，所以大小不一，但還是可以吃到很多大顆的。大腸有先滷過，已經有味道，口感Q彈。麵線有加蒜泥，因為有小朋友，老闆娘也很貼心的把蒜泥、辣椒、香菜等另外包。
