湯頭有點讓我驚艷到，柴魚和大骨的綜合湯頭，清甜好喝。
配料：⭐️⭐️⭐️
大腸是客家大腸，有咬勁但又不會硬到咬不爛，鮮蚵就一般般，說真的份量並沒有很多。
麵線：⭐️⭐️
麵線是類雞絲麵的口感，可能是老闆的特色，非我喜愛的口感。
總評：目前只賣中碗的50元，這份量說真的CP值不高，店又開在阿倍麵線不遠處，挑戰滿大的。

The soup is a bit amazing to me. The combined soup of bonito and big bones is sweet and delicious.

The large intestine is a Hakka large intestine. It has a strong bite but is not too hard to bite. Fresh oysters are just so-so, and really don't have a lot of weight.
Face line: ⭐️⭐️
The noodles are similar to the texture of chicken noodles, which may be characteristic of the boss, not my favorite texture.
General comment: At present, it only sells 50 yuan for the medium bowl. The CP value of this amount is really not high. The store is not far from the Abe noodles line, challenging the big ones.
