★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天本來點豬肚湯，但店家說今天豬肚還有點硬，建議改別的，所以後來改點小肚。感覺店家對品質是有在管控的，沒弄好不會硬賣。初訪心得是油飯跟湯都不錯，下次再來試豬肚湯。

整體味淡；滷汁油甘，沒什麼鹹甜。

外皮韌，內裡豆香十足，但沒什麼滷過的味道。

湯頭甘甜，小腸外脆內軟，吃起來油甘味足，肝連也不差，不老不柴，富有肉味，豬肚則是偏薄脆，滋味普通，相形之下比較失色；整體而言相當不錯。
