從兩周前開始與商家洽談,多次電話詢問,該寄的資料都沒有缺,商家除了回復效率低,還會直接掛人電話,也因為看妳是學生數量很少賺不到甚麼所以一直拖也沒有要道歉的意思,原本預計至作好要送電鍍廠結果綺將整個拖到壓底線,真的不是一次很好的經驗,不脫件給大家,負責人汪先生根本沒有能力,大家如果合作要三思之餘,希望汪先生自己增進處理效率的能力,做錯事情就道歉,不要在那邊沒能力浪費大家時間。

完全沒有遇過這麼不專業態度又差的人,態度輕浮不負責任,忘記交件日期,延期後還是無法交件,東西做壞開始怪東怪西,不承認自己沒技術沒效率,還一副無關緊要的樣子,這種店還是快點收一收不要再害別人。

沒遇過如此沒有誠信的加工場,9月就已經和汪先生洽談多次細節,10/10號需要交貨,9/27寄件過去給他說需要一週工作天,10/4打電話去詢問卻說放假忘記了,再給他延期3天,10/7打去詢問開始抱怨東抱怨西說物件太小趕不出來,又再延期2天,10/8去現場盯進度發現根本還沒蝕刻,10/9早上傳來一張照片是一整批蝕刻超醜超失敗的東西,根本沒有能力卻一直給承諾,當初洽談時就已經提及是使用自己的鑄造零件,討論後也說沒有問題可以做到,最後失敗時卻開始責怪到材質上,除此之外還說了:我以為你們是學生交作業沒有很急。這樣的話想打發掉,無論對方是否是學生都不應該這麼沒誠信吧,時間一拖再拖就已經很扯了,答應了接案沒能力做到卻開始責怪東責怪西,拖延到我們的交期及信譽之外還不願意認錯,也沒有任何誠意想要補償,非常不推薦各位這間加工廠,不負責任,最後只會害到自己。

我是學生,有許多不懂腐蝕問題跟老闆確認,老闆顯得很不耐煩,先前寄檔案跟老闆確認圖檔格式與圖樣表達是否正確,老闆不回,後面腐蝕大部分小位移,有一片位移嚴重,老闆腐蝕當下發現問題卻沒有和顧客說明就直接腐,之後打電話與寄郵件問緣由,老闆說不可能爲了那一片重用,真的很不負責任。剛開始約定的完件日期與寄件日期都沒有遵守,老闆告知我已寄件及費用,拖了一週我問老闆怎麼沒有收到貨品,他又說他搞錯人,還沒寄。在我跟他反應腐蝕位移問題之後,他本來說要給我重新腐蝕位移很大的那片,我請他幫我確認新的檔案內的圖案是否可以對的起來,老闆態度變超差,他就說他做加工沒有做美工,後面請他重新腐蝕,人就完全消失,寄郵件也沒有再回覆。體驗感極差,下單前需三思

好好笑 五顆星的評論是從平行時空出來的嗎 一個月前送的檔案,每個禮拜都有確認 上個禮拜再度詢問,得到的回覆是忘記了6張其中的4張,再次拜託並麻煩確認後;一個禮拜後的今天傳訊息問1點過去拿方不方便,得到的回覆是好。 結果到了才跟我們說還沒做,4點才會好,叫我們先回去不然就在附近等。我在雨天騎40幾分鍾的機車來三重,然後東西呢?^_^東西沒有做就不要回覆說可以來拿啊 結果等了3個小時4點去拿,送的檔案6張只放下去4張,上個禮拜做的那2張還沒放下去完全忘記。說要明天再弄。 老闆在包裝的時候告訴我們說他們不想做學生的,叫我們回去轉達不要再送過去,不然漏單也不好意思。口氣覺得是正常的不會到很差,態度方面我覺得沒什麼問題。但我個人認為商業上的信用琦將工藝社是缺乏的。 如果一開始沒有打算承接覺得麻煩的話,直接提出來,相信大家都能諒解。但承接後延遲、漏單的行為我就覺得不可取了, 商業上的交易講求的是信用跟守時。學生的時間也是時間,學生的金錢也是金錢。在一筆訂單內漏單、延遲的次數不只一次而已。就是因為信任琦將的腐蝕技術才選擇將檔案送到這裡,但得到的經常是不耐煩的回覆跟延遲還有漏單。 我們尊重你們的專業, 那麼請你們也尊重我們
