K	Kuei Feng Tung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not adopt cats from here - they make owners pay out of pocket for sterilization, vaccinations, etc, whereas the Taipei city animal shelter does everything for free! More importantly, to adopt a cat, they have over the top requirements like asking us to install metal bars over ALL our windows plus periodic unannounced visits to make sure we're not abusing the cat or something. The main difference is at the shelter you don't get to play with most of the cats, and it has a very punishing return policy - this place has all those negatives already mentioned but have more lenient returns. As a restaurant, it has expensive menu items even if some money is going towards feeding and housing their cats. There's friendly cats hanging out at the restaurant too while you eat that you might get to pet. The food is mediocre. The staff are not very welcoming and very skittish of new customers they haven't met before and blatantly prioritize old customers over treating new customers decently. There's lots of young children running and screaming with parents on their phones.
