臭豆腐外酥內軟,喜歡酥一點可以填單時備註,泡菜味道跟一般有點不一樣,很少菜梗,本來就有蒜味,外帶時泡菜會跟臭豆腐分開放,很貼心呢!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一到店外就看到大群人潮,一瞬間無所適從,不知從何點起,也不懂內用外帶有無分別,後來才了解點餐方式:老闆通常在忙,弄完幾單後會不定時點餐,排隊把想吃的餐點告訴老闆後,老闆會手抄訂單,順便撕下一角當作號碼牌,想內用的話等待空位入座即可。
1.臭豆腐外皮炸的極酥,卻不致過乾,顯示老闆功力深厚,豆腐香氣溫和深長,搭配醬汁與泡菜,不愧是招牌。亦可加點辣椒醬,更別具風味。
2.米血糕軟硬適中,最愛的是沾醬帶有一種類似中藥的醇厚香氣,佐以滿滿香菜跟花生粉,也非常推薦。
3.使用的不鏽鋼餐盤很環保,特別是分成數小格,使得泡菜、醬汁、花生粉不會混雜影響食物,是個很好的設計。
4.環境是一大硬傷,衛生方面仍有改善的空間,但或許只能是奢望了?
