柴燒雞肉絲飯:是少數加上半熟蛋黃不會破壞味道的雞肉絲飯;聞起來雖然沒炭香,但入口就立刻感受到那股香氣,淋醬無雞油,醬汁偏鹹微微甘,雞肉絲很柴,整體吃起來味道普通,加上半熟蛋後靠著蛋黃加分不少。
炭香雞肉麵:湯麵,菜單上說使用的麵條是蕎麥麵,吃起來口感偏軟,齒感不佳,有麵粉香氣,湯頭溫和,味道偏淡,但有雞湯混合麵湯的溫潤感,有種麵攤的記憶,味道不錯。
水果玉米排骨湯:雞高湯底混合玉米跟排骨燉煮,有股特殊香氣;個人還是比較喜歡單純各自獨立的玉米湯或雞湯。
雞湯滷豆腐:雞高湯味道鮮鹹,香氣足,還不錯。
小黃瓜拌雞胗:根本就是涼拌小黃瓜,雞胗非常少。
梅子苦瓜:入口先是梅子甘甜,後面緩緩帶出一點點苦瓜的苦味,蠻不錯的小品。
麻辣米血糕:麻辣感不重,味道平淡,缺乏甘味。
