這間店說的跟做的不一樣,花了將近15000,我很後悔 想拿金錢交換時間,結果錢沒了還要浪費生命。 我是在2020年12月26日星期六晚上將電腦主機交給他們的 原本說檢測(不含維修)是12月27日星期日下午會好 我剛好周日有事,於是跟他們約12月28日星期一 結果我周一打電話過去,一直都沒好 等到晚上8點我才接到電話,而且還得過去現場才能聽結果 幾本上內容就是要重灌、換硬碟,另外又買了個正版的WIN10 他們報了3個方案,但前2個貴得很不合理,你也只能選第3個(見附圖) 【1萬4千979】 約好12月29日星期二下午交還主機 12月29日星期二早上11點我陸續接到google帳號可能被盜的通知 我的這個帳號就剛剛好只綁在那台主機而已 我重新拿回帳號的時候備用信箱已經被改成像是人頭帳戶的信箱了 這件事我當下有跟極創電腦的人說過 12月29日星期二下午我去拿主機 對方交給我主機、電腦原本的硬碟、風扇的硬體零件(這我有先提醒他們要還我) 然後偏偏他們就【【【【忘了】】】】給我WIN10序號 12月30日星期三他們休假 12月31日星期四也就是今天,我去拿了他們應該要給我 WIN10序號 當下沒有想太多,回家要登陸的時候 靠!! 這序號還是 WIN 7 PRO OA 的 我打電話跟他們反應 也說過了如果處裡不好,我會報警(現在的警察也是會處理資訊竊盜的問題) 對方說因為電腦是他們的工程部處理的,工程部會打電話跟我解釋 我等了1個多小時......(中間不斷打電話騷擾櫃台,他後來都不接我電話了) 才等到了一個解釋電話,「你那個 WIN 7的序號,我們有升級,所以你還是可以用 WIN10喔」 那你們報價單上寫的「正版WIN10」寫假的喔 我還是請你們去處理這件事了,既然我付的是正版WIN10的錢 我就要拿到正版WIN10 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 更新 12月31日星期四 下午 他們要我搬主機過去 說是要給我正版WIN10的序號,現場認證給我看 讓我登入微軟的帳號 結果我看他們還是拿想輸入WIN 7 PRO OA 的產品金鑰 結論就是 WIN 7升級跟WIN10差不多 反正能用就好 而且他們已經綁定了 這間店就只有 WIN 7升級過的WIN10可以裝 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 我覺得一個店家要把自己商譽弄臭是一件很不划算的事 但是你們還是做到了 我不會完全否定這家店,畢竟主機還是清得很乾淨 櫃台的人員態度也不錯 但我已經等很久,還要處理盜帳號的事,給的東西也不確實 晚一點還要開主機,檢查你們是不是內裝也有問題 本來想省時間,結果花了這麼長的時間在處理這些事 如果你們直接刪文 我會把這篇文章轉貼到所有我知道的地方 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 又更新 2021年1月18日星期日 晚上 事隔半個月之後,我接到了一位極創電腦張先生的來電。 我當時工作正在忙,沒說兩句就掛電話了。 之後收到兩封來自不同號碼(應該是企業簡訊服務發送)的簡訊(內容詳見附圖) 先針對畫紅線的部分做一些回覆 「您的電腦在我們工程部完成檢測報告的時間是12月27日晚上8:13」 我之前有說過,週日我有事,所以跟你們改約星期一 不會去跟你們計較你們有沒有在週日檢測好我的電腦 只要你們周一東西可以給我就好了 事實上我在12月28日,早上、下午、晚上分別打過一次電話給你們 得到的回覆都是「還沒好,好了你們會通知我」 提到這個主要因為你們沒有給我一個明確的時間點,造成我在行程安排上的困擾 「請您來現場是希望您可以當下看到完整的檢測照片及報告。」 我當天完全沒有看到任何關於電腦檢測的照片、或是書面報告。 有關電腦檢測的部分,只有口頭說明。 最後在電腦上呈現報價單給我看,我是在徵詢工作人員的同意下拍下那個報價內容的 「一直希望聯合警調機關協助您找出這部份的真相是甚麼」 我是自己處理,重新拿回帳號的。 當下我有打電話通知你們,之後也有跟你們當面提過這件事。 我所接收到的反應只有「不是我」,你們並沒有給我「一直要聯合警調查出真相」的反應 畢竟盜帳號這件事情,是發生在我的電腦交給你們維修的這段時間 我把這件事告訴你們,對我而言是善盡告知的義務。 我在被盜帳號的當下,其實還是相信你們的。 簡訊內容給我感覺你們似乎很糾結這個部分, 我覺得你們信任自己的成員,是一件值得讚賞的事 你們大可以直接公開回覆我 或是提出可以保障客戶跟自家員工的方法,來自證清白 評論提到這個部分,是我希望自己能盡可能客觀地陳述事實, 所以按照時間順序,把我遇到的各種問題都說一次 最後,你們隻字未提,但真正引發我留負評的原因 是你們一開始說要幫我買正版WIN10 最後卻給我WIN 7序號的這個點呀!!! 而且當下跟你們反映問題,你們說馬上回復我。卻讓我等了1個多小時這件事。 後面讓我把電腦再搬過去,你們還是想拿WIN 7序號登陸 張先生的簡訊,說我的評論跟事實有所出入 但上述我畫紅線的部分,才是我真的沒有經歷過的事。 我的評論是我個人的真實經驗 或許你們覺得傷害了你們 但如果一開始你們沒有讓我經歷這些 我也不用浪費自己的時間在這邊寫評論 雖然我給你們負評,但我也有誇獎你們電腦清得很乾淨。 另外,我之前也看過你們的負評,但是看到你們的回應有理 還是抱著電腦去找你們了 結果,氣炸了...
