意麵浸泡在鮮甜的湯頭內相當滑順入口，蔥花在上頭點綴看起來更可口!
表現不差，沒吃過的人一定要試試看招牌系列~ 整體湯頭略鹹

「招牌」系列就是魚跟蝦是另外放的天婦羅，這樣的料理方式讓食材本身更好吃，像是用來搭配麵的主菜，相較於一般鍋燒麵有特色。
「海鮮」系列就是將魚蝦一起煮。
