My car is Beetle, and I have been troubled by the wiper problem a long time ago. In addition, I wanted to find a car dealer nearby for regular maintenance, so I decided to come to Juncheng. Let me first explain the wiper problem as follows First, when the wiper is in the first gear, you will hear the start sound every time you wipe it (click. Wiper up ~ wiper down ~ click). In the second and third gears, it only clicks when you start, but not after that. Second, when the wiper is in the first gear, the number of brushing is very unstable. Sometimes it is brushed once for a long time, and sometimes it is brushed two or three times in a row. The interval is very variable. (It must happen, it can be reproduced within one minute after the start) 2020/11/05 Take the car to the dealership and start testing and appraisal 2020/11/06 The quotation came out, one of which was the wiper adjuster, and the repair was started after approval. 2020/11/07 In the morning, when the car is picked up. I wanted to check and accept the wiper first when leading the car, so I got into the car and tested it and found that the above two problems have not improved. So I sat in the car with my boss and listened. After confirming the first sound question, the boss replied that the lever is old, so when the power is greater, there will be a sound. The second and third gears have already been activated, so they will not be heard later. The first gear is every brush It will be activated when moving, so there will be a sound. This is old and no way. And the second point, the boss said that it was controlled by a computer, and he couldn't adjust it. So, let me explain the point that I will make a negative review. 1. When we sent for repair, we already discussed the situation of the wiper first, and also explained these two points. You should check and make sure that you can repair it. If you can repair it, you should make a quotation. If you can’t fix it, you say it can’t be repaired. Otherwise, is the test fee being collected? 2. Shouldn't the windshield wiper regulator given at the time of quotation repair these two points? Then I asked my boss which one should I repair the wiper regulator? He said that the wiper adjuster had a problem with the left and right shifting, so it was replaced. (The windshield wipers of Beetle are up and down gears, and each gear can be operated at a lower level from left to right, which means a total of 9 gears) If changing this is not a solution to my initial problem, it should be specifically stated, and then I will consider whether to change it or not. (If it is a misunderstanding that the wiper adjuster can solve my problem... that is worse, it means it was replaced for nothing, because the problem is not solved) 3. This is the second point. I asked that changing the regulator did not solve my original problem. The boss said it was reported to your wife, and your wife agreed to change. . . To be honest, my wife also passed me the price estimate. The two of us intuitively changed the wiper adjuster to solve the wiper problem. That’s why I agreed, but the original problem was not solved after the replacement, and then I told me that there was a problem with the wiper regulator, so I changed it... So what problem did it solve? Isn't it right? Now, the materials are also called, the things are changed, the money is spent, and the problem still exists. Therefore, based on the above, after the repair is completed this time, it is not repaired. I will give a negative review.
