湯頭非常好喝！微辣很溫和，麵也很Q
肉大概3塊有點少，但很嫩，我個人會比較偏好牛五花（雖然這樣可能沒有很道地?）
但一整個就是推！

我自己沒有很愛，因為整個吃起來醋有點太多太重，吃不太到土豆的味道，下次會想換換別的小菜試試
總結
我是現場點餐，但似乎店內很多外帶單，所以等蠻久的，下次應該會先打電話訂餐。
至於整體份量和價格我個人覺得，和其他間比起都差不多，並不會覺得有份量過少的問題，湯是真的好喝，會時常光顧的！

雖然我沒吃過大陸道地的酸辣粉，但這家味道跟粉的品質是目前吃到最穩定的很Q很好吃，但是肉片的份量真的有點少?
土豆絲、口水雞很好吃！！
麻辣鴨血也很入味，老麻抄手也很開胃好吃！
價格我也覺得合理沒有特別貴，但燙青菜給的份量很不一，今天買的就特別少?
想跟老闆許願大腸的酸辣粉?
外帶的話建議前半小時先打電話預定，新店難免手忙腳亂～～～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我點了重慶酸辣粉，加了牛肉片，多30元，就是多了三片如照片所示的薄皮，肉片嚼不動，不建議加，湯頭口味沒有層次 ，應該是要有湯的香氣，酸豆的酸，再加上辣油的辣香，就～都沒有，就是辣，然後吃到酸豆有酸，肉很Q很硬，粉超Q~~?失望

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新開的店過來嚐鮮一下，點了麻辣水煮魚、招牌酸辣粉（重口味我吃中辣）、口水雞。酸辣粉的酸豆酸的很過癮~ 口水雞也好好吃夠味~好像辣油不用錢一樣，爆量的辣油又香又麻~唯一美中不足晚餐時間居然等了40分鐘才煮好~是否改善一下流程或是外帶訂單量大的時候，先跟客人說一下，讓願意等的客人有心理準備~一定會再訪！希望這口味十分道地的酸辣粉店可以一直經營下去~ 謝謝
