★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 捷運共構，地下為捷運人行走道，柱距不小。2012年完工，樓高27樓，每層約22戶，住戶計503戶。單層戶數多，空間往往侷促。
北市府分配到A區，當公宅出租，人員搬進搬出頻繁，且常需裝潢，而電梯總共只有4部，並沒有瓦斯供應。冠德建設分配到B區。管理費每坪要上百元!
小宅，1~2房，單面採光，不通風，常有暗廳或暗房，衛浴無開窗。客廳或感侷促，工作陽台曬衣等空間不足，冷氣室外機擺放位置?
只有少數的停車位!
 The MRT is co-constructed, the underground is a pedestrian walkway, and the column spacing is not small. It was completed in 2012, with 27 floors, about 22 households on each floor, and 503 households. There are many single-storey houses and the space is often cramped.
The North City Government is allocated to Zone A. When public houses are rented out, people move in and out frequently and often require decoration. There are only 4 elevators in total and no gas supply. Guande Construction is allocated to Zone B. The management fee is hundreds of yuan per ping!
Small house, 1-2 rooms, single-sided daylighting, no ventilation, often dark room or dark room, bathroom without windows. The living room may feel cramped, and there is not enough space for clothes drying on the work balcony. Where is the air-conditioned outdoor unit placed?
Only a few parking spaces!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 捷運共構，停車的話，光興國小比較好停（較遠），農會停車場有陡坡需要技術（較近）。前面有少少臨停區。
The MRT is co-constructed. For parking, Guangxing Elementary School is better to stop (farther), and the parking lot of the farmers' association has steep slopes and requires technology (closer). There is a temporary stop area in front.

夜景很美，天氣好時，可以看到很多星星及木星。

加上一堆低能兒電梯喜歡一次按兩台,導致電梯效率慢,然後電梯禮儀也滿差的...
三重唉...

不過管委會非常古板是真的，尤其萬年主委蔡氏觀念根本上古世紀遺毒＋習近平高壓統治，每年都假掰說好累喔拜託別人來選結果每年都主委呢。奉勸入住的人最好乖得跟龜兒子一樣不然就會一天到晚被刁難☺️
