要裝錶,光是說要「請工程師跟您聯絡」,就等了一個月,什麼消息也沒有。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的連一顆星都不值得給,從去年年底申請到現在三月初才裝好,到底哪一個家庭可以忍受那麼久的安裝期!!每次問到底哪時候來裝就轉一堆分機就是沒結果,說好的會回電也石沈大海,然後來安裝的師傅裝好也不等全部是否正常有熱水就要求馬上簽名,結果師傅再我檢查的時候就自己默默消失了,連名都沒簽到,這是否有牽扯到偽造文書的問題就有待商榷,建議要安裝的人不論哪個環結從接洽到安裝,最好都要有拍照錄影存證

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 申請改瓦斯管等待時間遙遙無期,SOP就是60天起跳,扯~等到天荒地老。別家瓦斯公司3、4天就來處理了。反映客服還一副理所當然的說:「規定就是匯款後60天派工啊~」

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全世界最沒效率的公司,各縣市都市規劃時,水管跟瓦斯管線早就都埋好了,只要規劃用戶走線就行,認真處理事情1個月內都可以安裝完成,但這家客服卻說要3個月?鬼話騙外行就好。
