★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 動線差，一般看診 跟打疫苗的客人都霧煞煞 到底該怎麼掛號！應該做個引導牌子吧！櫃檯小姐雖然戴口罩，但看得出來表情態度非常不耐煩！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫師醫術精湛 難怪每天都很多人要排隊掛號 看了很多間氣管問題在這裡改善 真的很感謝 櫃檯小姐也好辛苦 每天要處理好多人還要打疫苗有你們真好

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一進診所，首先櫃檯人員不招呼就算了，走到櫃檯窗口她面前，也仍然低頭不抬頭看一下，要等患者主動開口才回應，都給予初診資料，還等個掛號排程也有點久，女醫生卻只是用聽診器聽一下胸腔，就叫我們去診間後方坐，等護士來診間後方打針，嬰兒打預防針還得酌收掛號費130，民營價格都這麼隨性浮動嗎？要不是衛生所延時服務，給我們合約院所的資料，挑了就近就前往過來，沒想到實在是感受很不好，詢問護士注射位置，竟然回說，當然打大腿，不然這年紀能打哪裡，實在傻眼，護士注射時也很用力扎針，看了很不忍心，而且扎針前也沒有先塗抹酒精消毒在注射位置，還要求孩子媽媽不要坐在長椅上，語氣也不能客氣點嗎？只強調要家長抓住膝蓋處和孩子手擺放在胸口固定！結論是 真的是一場不愉快的經驗！
