Called to ask if your clinic had a video consultation, endured a severe throat pain and asked two more appointments, the lady who answered the phone jumped and said, "Can you be louder!"... No empathy at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員都很親切和藹，我媽媽很喜歡去。但想麻煩各位幫忙，當問到老人家是否有人陪伴看診，回答沒有的你們可以說《阿媽你很棒耶，能自己來看診》，回答有的，你們可以說《阿媽，有家人陪很好哦》，不然會讓人感覺沒人陪伴來看診是很可憐的，甚至是家人狠心不照顧的，至少我媽說了好幾次。。。。（只是天天做的固定復健，一定需要人陪嗎。。。）
The staff are very kind and friendly, my mother likes to go there. But I would like to trouble you for your help. When you ask if there is someone to accompany the elderly to see the doctor, if the answer is no, you can say "Ma, you are great, you can see the doctor by yourself." If the answer is yes, you can say "Mama, you have family It's very good to be with you", otherwise it will make people feel that it is very pitiful to have no one to accompany you to see the doctor, or even the family members are cruel and do not take care of them, at least my mother said it several times. . . . (It's just a fixed rehabilitation that I do every day, do I need someone to accompany you...)
