(2) 互動態度方面：服務人員的口氣也不太友善，看他們在包外送便當問問有沒有營業，還被店員嗆說沒看到那麼多人嗎？
(3) 消費體驗：買個飯心情變差了，附近的素食店家還很多，價格平均一半左右也不會被嗆。祝福其他消費者能夠接觸到改善後的店家態度。
