但櫃檯的櫃檯小姐就不是這樣了，今晚打電話去預約，診所一堆人在大聲講話(也可能電視聲音很大)，也不制止或處理改善，只會說聽不清楚聽不清楚，還很理直氣壯的說是醫生在跟病人講話，但醫生的位置離櫃台有一段距離，怎麼可能那麼大聲？而且我在房間打的電話很安靜，到最後幾乎是用吼的在報名字了，還在那邊講「聽不清楚」，最後還好像一副「你怎麼會這樣」的態度叫我改報出生年月日，真是無言。
我是不知道這位櫃檯小姐的聽力好不好，也不知道是否她本來的態度就是這樣，只希望原本很好的一間診所，不要被這種人的態度搞差了。
