店裡沒人
在門外等了五分鐘後似乎是老闆娘的人回來
女店員：你有戴眼鏡嗎？
我：沒有(當下沒戴)
女店員：你有戴隱形眼鏡嗎？
我：沒有
女店員：那你幹嘛要戴眼鏡？
不是出門沒戴眼鏡、沒戴隱形眼鏡就不能配鏡片吧？度數低就不能配眼鏡嗎？
今天並不是說消費者購買就了不起，我們在門外等店員回來也沒聽見一句不好意思，還要被用質詢的口氣問候，這就是貴店今天表現出的服務態度
