★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 業務輔導員很NICE，不懂流程也沒關係，有問題可以直接打電話詢問，雖然語氣比較平淡像一般公務員一樣，但是該做的服務都還是會做到好，而且有效率。 建議第一次來先預約。
The business counselor is very nice. It doesn't matter if you don't understand the process. If you have any questions, you can call directly to ask. Although the tone is relatively plain like an ordinary civil servant, the services that should be done will still be good and efficient. It is recommended to make an appointment for the first time.

Make an appointment by phone. I thought that you could receive unemployment benefits with a non-voluntary resignation letter. Didn’t expect that there is a “insurance for more than one year” requirement, so there are so many regulations? The government is really picky...I didn't tell me to make a trip in vain... No wonder the workers are always the weaker side!

我是在地三重人！我不知道三重有什麼了不起，但三重就服站出了名是又龜毛又麻煩又刁難人的就服站（外勞徵才部分）我知道你們都照規定走
但說真的，有時候規定都是在辦公室裡的人想出來，不知人間是如何運作的方法，每次的刁難，我們這些人不就要跑，要重來又要唉罵
