今天到這家分行辦業務,非常感謝行員李凱潔的服務,不管是態度還是專業度都真的非常好,整體的感受感覺非常舒服,值得讚許。

以下今日親身經歷啊! 1.若不是一定要真的不要在國泰開戶,因為你有錢都不一定開成功。 2.如果你有認識國泰的人員隨隨便便都能開戶,就是要有關西嘛。 3.如果無法出示你的金流行員可能會狗眼看人低的洗臉你。 以下第四點我覺得是神扯,不給開戶沒關西那也幫我解鎖阿。 4.KOKO卡線上已申辦成功也拿到卡片了,但因個人因素忘記密碼導致被鎖卡,等於還沒使用就鎖卡的情況下,千千萬萬不能發生阿,因為一旦發生了解鎖卡片只能去臨櫃,去臨櫃後要被洗臉以及身家調查,都給查了如果就馬上可以解鎖不就還好,重點是身家調查都無法解鎖,我還提供了很私密的工作後台內容(金流)及平台線上名稱,結論就是開戶不行,解鎖KOKO卡片不行,行員還說了可以去其他國泰世華碰碰運氣(我瘋了嗎?) 行員滿眼不屑,說你賺3萬怎麼可能每個月都花3萬,如果都花3萬就不用開戶啦!真的是百般刁難,自己賺錢花錢還要給國泰行員教訓。 結論耗費大量時間然後什麼都沒做就回家了,覺得非常浪費時間於是客訴了國泰,因為連解鎖卡片都不給解真的太誇張了。 主管回電後一樣要了我們的平台名稱(反正就是在做一次身家調查) 然後說了一堆不能開戶的原因(那我不開行了吧) 但鎖卡的卡片不能開卡就誇張了吧!連解鎖卡片都要身家調查,主管回應是開卡就要升級才能開,但我不用升級阿我就只要能使用被鎖住的KOKO卡而已,結論身家調查完了,明天要再去臨櫃一次確定被鎖定的KOKO卡片可以開卡了,希望明天能順利開卡完畢,以上今日國泰體驗,第一次評價銀行就獻給國泰了。

The clerk was full of disdain, saying how could you spend 30,000 yuan every month if you earn 30,000 yuan, if you spend 30,000 yuan, you don't need to open an account! It's really making things difficult for me to make money and spend money on my own, but I have to teach Cathay Pacific staff a lesson. Conclusion It took a lot of time and went home without doing anything. I thought it was a waste of time, so I complained to Cathay Pacific because it was an exaggeration to not even unlock the card. After the supervisor called back, he also asked for our platform name (anyway, it was doing a net worth investigation) Then I said a bunch of reasons why you can't open an account (then I won't open it) But it’s an exaggeration that the locked card cannot be opened! Even the unlocking of the card requires a personal investigation. The supervisor responded that the card must be upgraded to open, but I don’t need to upgrade. I just need to be able to use the locked KOKO card. The conclusion is that the personal investigation is over, and I will go to the counter tomorrow to confirm. The locked KOKO card can be opened. I hope that the card can be opened successfully tomorrow. The above experience of Cathay Pacific today, the first evaluation of the bank is dedicated to Cathay Pacific.

因為帳戶問題用了好幾天網銀無法處理,但行員陳秀耘非常非常有耐心的在我複雜的提問下找到解決問題最快又方便的方式,本來以為要付規費處理,真的很感謝? 最後也貼心的提醒我一些方式,讓我更有效運用網路服務,之後非複雜業務就不用再花時間臨櫃處理了!!
