可是提款機不用休息吧機台多不能用，那也把機台哪裡的門也關了啊！
還開放幹嘛啊！

幫我開戸的櫃臺服務人員宜芳小姐
細心體貼效率一流、
協助證券戶的小姐也非常的親切有禮、
負責執行的值星服務人員也都主動向前
協助在ATM處理感覺困擾的民眾。
就連保全人員也都非常的熱心協助
來辦事的客人可以更順利進行。
因為是開戶，所以時間真的等的比較久...
但在這間三和分行寛敞空間、明亮大廳等候
工作人員會積極引導協助加速流程進行
所以不會讓人感覺煩躁不安
真的感受到被服務的好品質。

但是辦事的速度真的是非常龜速，
小弟我在貴行申請貸款，雖然審核過了，但申請資料總行一直用非常緩慢的速度回覆我還沒收到
已經到現在重填第三次送件，
辦辦普通業務OK，但在分行內無法立即處理的事我勸各位三思。

裝潢很不錯 ? 以這區銀行來說
空間和顧客等待數是比較讓人放鬆的
櫃檯妹妹都很年輕 但 專業度不足!!!
主因不是穿Polo衫所以看起來不專業
(只是外人完全搞不清楚到底誰是主管,櫃檯,還是工讀生)
而是真的不專業 一個經手錢的工作
特別是銀行 一直有狀況這樣好嗎
很多情況不是說不好意思就OK了的懂嗎
希望不要不要再有後續問題!!!
以後會盡可能減少在玉山櫃檯辦理業務
尤其這間 (別間玉山不清楚) 太浪費時間了
