芙蓉蛋撻分為冷熱兩種，熱的比較好吃，會有蛋香，搭上微酥微熱的外皮，外酥內嫩。
冷的就是沒什麼味道、水水的布丁餡，搭上沒有記憶點的外皮，就是在吃東西而已。

不過不管是冷還是熱，整體布丁餡的味道比連鎖麵包店或是肯德基的淡，口味口感都偏水，酥皮也不怎麼香酥。
想嘗試的話，先點熱的啦
