虱目魚粥更是鮮甜好吃、便宜大碗、魚肉超多！讓我這個台南人大吃一驚！
Their Shaoxing Braised Pork Rice is just right. There is too much marinade and too little. I am most afraid that the marinade at the bottom is bigger than the rice. The boss is very careful about the details, and the rice grains are distinct and the braised pork melts in your mouth.

紹興滷肉飯：帶皮肥肉，鹹系滷汁味淡，少甘甜，有膠質黏口感，亮點是真的有淡淡的紹興酒香味。
涼拌雞胗：味淡，入口油滑香嫩，不乾柴，缺點是切太小塊了。
蒜苗鴨賞：不乾柴，調味不錯，但稍淡了些。
麻油粉肝：味道十足，粉肝處理得恰到好處，沒有讓人噁心的口感，整體還不錯。
魚蚵湯：湯頭味道重，不過魚肉跟蚵仔個頭都有點小。
