★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym in Luzhou/sanchong. Love the internal decor as it’s quite dark inside meaning you can get on with your work out without being noticed. Never overly busy and clean machines. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is well maintained, relatively new gym. It rarely gets crowded and has all the equipment you need for a decent workout. Especially thanks to my fitness consultant Ken , very friendly & professional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exercise area is well maintained. My coach Tazza is a nice and friendly person. He patiently explain all the details every time I ask. I think I will be having a great time in the coming few months. I Strongly recommend this place.

He has good talent get pull student up so nice not as force, as naturally to gave me high passion and attitude for the training. It was one of the great time in Taiwan ever I experienced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely do not recommend this gym .They didn't let me cancel my membership. They asked me to look for an other person to sell and transfer the membership to.
They also ask you to be there on time for gym class otherwise you can not have it, even for being only a minute late, BUT the coaches are never on time !
I shouldn't have signed a contract there !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to cancel my membership because I was moving away from Sanchong to a new city. They told me that I have to sell my membership to a new member and I haven't found anyone interested. This is unfair because they still charged me 1088NT per month while I am living far away unable to attend the gym activities. I have emailed them twice about cancelling my membership and payment & they only responded once to me to contact customer service. For the record, I responded/emailed to the customer service email and you still told me to contact the same gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s an okay-place for workout. Plenty of treadmills, bike machines, etc. A lot of machines for workout in genera.
On the other hand, I found it disappointing for some reasons. There’s only one flat bench and one set of cable machine. Not a lot of people are interested in it, so you’re likely (90%) to use them when you plan to. I wish this place is more lifting-friendly, as I see that there’s no chain/lifting belt/spare barbell/barbell support rack. If you’re more of a powerlifting person, this might not satisfy you.
