個人對酸辣湯的酸勁比較偏向白醋派，雖然烏醋也是可以接受，但我最不喜歡的就是看到一整碗烏漆麻黑的酸辣湯，因為十碗黑9碗難喝。他們的酸辣湯有加玉米跟別人不一樣，不是特別好喝，但就是喝了會覺得很特別、很順口！
湯麵的湯頭普普，就是一種自己家樓下麵攤的那種感覺，不過味道還可以，重點他們的（細麵條）是Q的咬下去不會粉粉的那種，細麵會Q的很少，所以我常常為了吃他們的細麵跑去光顧。

The noodle soup of Pu Noodles is a kind of feeling of spreading downstairs, but the taste is okay. The most important thing is that the noodles (Qin noodles) are the ones that wo n’t be powdered when they bite. , So I often go to patronize to eat their thin noodles.
