★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客戶體驗極差！手術完後，通知可以接，結果現場要一直等。好幾個護士在現場沒事做，是不會先排好每個來接的時間，幾通電話可以搞定的事，還要讓客人一直等。問什麼時候可以接，只會說不知道，還說要避開他們休診的時間。不知道醫生花錢請護士來幹嘛，喝茶聊天的嗎？！多注意一點客戶的體驗吧！
Terrible customer experience! After the operation, the notification can be received, but the result is that the scene has to wait all the time. Several nurses have nothing to do at the scene, so they don't arrange the time for each pick-up first. What can be done with a few phone calls, they have to keep the guests waiting. When I asked when I could pick me up, I just said I didn't know, and said I would avoid the time when they were off. I don't know why the doctor pays the nurse to come, drink tea and chat? ! Pay more attention to the customer experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫生很細心幫我們家的貓咪做術前評估（結紮），也有良好的溝通，手術也順利完成，價錢也很公道，是值得推薦的好醫院。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下著大雨的某天，路上遇到一隻四隻僵硬，感覺快死掉的浪貓，只好立馬送牠去看醫生，醫生及工作人員非常的積極趕快把牠擦乾檢查健康情形，還好情況不算太糟，也在診所所有的工作人員細心照料恢復健康（並沒有因為浪浪就疏於照顧???）！！ 真的大推這裡，大家都好有愛心❤️
One day when it was raining heavily, I encountered four stray cats on the road that were stiff and felt like they were about to die. I had to send it to the doctor immediately. The doctor and staff were very active and quickly wiped it dry to check its health. The situation is not too bad, and all the staff in the clinic are taking good care of them to restore their health (and they are not neglected because of the waves ???)! ! Really big push here, everyone is so loving ❤️
