且選用自家自製麵條，真是絕了！
現在已經很少有陽春麵上面還有兩、三片瘦肉的了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉麵90元，有別於一般常見的牛肉麵，湯頭黝黑卻清爽微甜不鹹，扁麵條剛開始吃時不大習慣，吃一吃覺得這樣的組合倒是很協調，牛肉全是瘦肉，略顯乾硬卻又不會柴，吃慣了一般牛肉麵的恐怕會排斥，但是越來會越覺得很好吃。吃東西的感受是很主觀的，個人意見僅供參考
