★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三重區不熟初次造訪三和夜市，疫情延燒最近稍緩，物價有波動感覺連夜市小吃價錢都漲了，聽說這家蚵仔煎店是在地有名店家，品項簡單就是尋常庶民小吃，蚵仔煎+蚵仁湯+花枝羹而已，沒有常見搭配的蚵仔麵線，原本熱賣蛋包湯沒了。
點了蚵仔煎+綜合羹(蚵仁+花枝)，蚵仔放的夠誠意，看得到新鮮飽滿鮮蚵有七、八粒，煎的微焦恰恰醬汁調得不錯，羹湯微甜帶蒜香有南部口味，店內整潔乾淨雖然屬店面路邊攤生意，備有自動洗碗機，光憑這一點讓客人吃的放心，該給店家拍拍手！.......

I ordered oyster fried + comprehensive soup (oysters + flower sticks), the oysters were sincere enough to see that there are seven or eight pieces of fresh and plump oysters, and the fried slightly burnt just the sauce is well adjusted, the soup is slightly sweet with garlic flavor There are southern flavors, and the store is clean and tidy. Although it is a storefront street stall business, it is equipped with automatic dishwashers. This alone allows customers to eat at ease. It is time to clap your hands to the store! .......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下午四點多去，客人不多，蚵仔煎地瓜粉部分煎的倒是酥脆，裡面蚵仔也是有7、8顆以上夠誠意的。桌上辣椒汁不優不如不要加，蛋包蚵湯的蛋我有意見，因為掌廚的把它放在炕上一直保溫，裡面蛋黃變硬了就不是那麼好吃了，這個希望以後可以改善，蚵湯湯頭尚可，喝完後有想再加湯的意念。
111/1/2返訪，價格略漲（好像是漲5元），現在沒有蛋包湯所以改喝綜合湯（花枝羹+蚵仔仁），蚵仔煎依然覺得美味。

I returned to visit on 111/1/2, the price increased slightly (it seems to have increased by 5 yuan), now there is no omelet soup, so I changed to a comprehensive soup (flower stick soup + oyster kernel), oyster fried still feels delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蚵仔煎有蛋香，煎的洽洽的部份好吃，但地瓜粉太厚，蚵仔太小太少，原本以為是產季的原故，但綜合湯的蚵仔又還算太顆。綜合湯還OK。價格方面還可接受。
The fried oysters are fragrant with eggs, and the fried part is delicious, but the sweet potato powder is too thick, and the oysters are too small and too small. I thought it was due to the season, but the oysters in the comprehensive soup were still too big. The overall soup is ok. The price is also acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the way the oyster omelette is fried here. Very near SG style among the rest of oyster omelette I have tried in Taipei. But the let down is the chili sauce provided. Else it should have been a 5 star rating. Also note the sauce used here is more sweeter n I personally liked savory ones. On the freshness of the oyster here I have no complaints.
Special note, the shop is really clean n the availability of sanitized chop sticks.
