第二次負責業務不在 完全沒有職務代理人

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台新證卷據點太少了，搬去淡水後要開戶只能騎車到這?一開始查詢時看到評價很低都很害怕，想說不會這麼慘吧...因為有開過台新數位銀行覺得都蠻好的。今天來後覺得小姐都很客氣，上樓不知道找誰開戶，小姐看到後有主動詢問我，另一人還趕快給我填資料跟安排線上填單準備開戶，動作都蠻快的??
