2018/12/21 11:54am 麗園一街東勢市場搭1211車號372-U6上車,要到台北長庚。因自己一時忘記帶悠遊卡,在身上零錢不夠(只有17元),又只剩千元鈔的狀態,心急如焚想辦法時,林義堂司機親切微笑回應,那就有多少零錢投多少囉! 真的很感謝林義堂司機,解了燃眉之急,也由衷感謝他和善親切的回應。 希望貴公司能轉達我對林義堂司機的感謝,並鼓勵林義堂司機的工作態度予以嘉獎。

109年12月份,公車急煞讓我受傷,體恤當時為上班尖峰路段,沒有選擇報警,事後跟客服聯絡,客服說醫藥費一定負責到底,結果後面跟我說是我的問題造成受傷,公車司機也不配合一起去警察局做筆錄,我醫藥費無法拿到,還騙我說會給我慰問品,至今過了快兩個月,客服林保安連聯絡都不聯絡了。
