家人要從基隆遠來看診,因為沒來過,無法網路預 約掛號,電話中護理師告知家人,現場排不一定有辦法排到,建議我們提早幾天先來填寫初診單,結果來了之後卻告知填寫初診單當天就要看診,無法提早填寫。 然後兩個櫃檯互問是誰接電話的,給他們時間也不要調監視器,又說我們非播話的當事人講的不準,我們打給家人請家人跟櫃檯小姐說,櫃檯小姐又不願意講,然後說他們的教育訓練絕對不會這樣,請問是有人偷接你們電話嗎?非常不ok的經驗。

早上Google了皮膚科,好幾家的評論都很極端,看到有人大推這家週六早上的劉醫師,就立馬過來。到診所剛好是8.55,大家已經排隊進去掛號。從進門到掛號到被唸名字到領藥單,都覺得大家的服務都不錯,挺有禮貌,也會主動講解。雖然沒有很多笑容,但沒有網路說的那麼糟糕。畢竟一下子要服務那麼多人,說同樣的話,怎麼可能一直保持笑容呢!站門口 一直重複提醒掃描消毒,一下子要處理十幾人的掛號,其實都很累,辛苦了! 我掛了17號(下次上網預約應該更快),等了大概40分鐘,我覺得已經很快了。劉醫師真的專業,也很耐心解說,又很溫柔。雖然還不知道藥有沒有效,至少我覺得這家真的很不錯。而且掛號費才100,現在幾乎很難找了。

不知為何評價這麼差,但我覺得這已經算是眾多皮膚科看得最好的一間了,用藥很精準,很快就能康復,裡面有幾個醫師人蠻好的,倒是院長真的比較姿態高、講話不耐煩簡短,其他醫師還不錯。只是櫃檯小姐接電話是真的普遍態度都很差,但櫃檯現場態度又不會。可能現場要顧,又要接電話很煩才會對電話掛號都很差吧…

看過很多次,覺得劉醫師真的很棒,很耐心的教導怎麼照顧自己的臉,有問題也會認真的耐心回答。 但是我覺得掛號系統其實不太友善,常常網路預約掛號了,常常不知道這個號碼應該幾點到,應該要有網路可以查詢現在幾號,讓我們可以差不多時間到,不然疫情期間一直都一堆人在診所聚集等待,其實真的很危險。 再來是如果預約掛號,現場可以用時間預約,可是網路上卻只有號碼,對病人來說,如果可以選擇時間,這樣對於上班族來說會更友善,像晚間診相信很多人都下班過來,應該讓17:00想看的預約這個時間,而不是照號碼來排定,因為有一次不小心過號,我以為再等兩位就到我了,結果過號的有7位,所以等了10幾位才輪到我,應該要有一個系統顯示,過號的有誰,前面要等幾位,這樣才不會讓病人以為自己快看到了,結果卻傻傻的在那邊等好久,因為我發現我隔壁要看診的媽媽,也說我才差兩號,但為什麼進去了五六個還沒看到我!知道診所劉醫師真的很多人在看,但希望可以用系統來解決更多大家可以不用聚集等待的問題,希望診所也可以更重視每一個病人的時間,讓整個看診體驗提升,謝謝
