小孩昨天看醫生沒帶健保卡，不給壓單退費，強制規定要自費看診，這就算了！
隔天孩子上學把整包自費的藥弄丟了，我再拿健保卡回診拿藥，還不給用健保拿藥，又說要我自費才行！
我問說：別間都可以，怎麼這邊不行？不然我壓健保卡在這，我要先拿藥掛號
櫃台掛號女士還說：我們這邊就是這樣壓卡也不行，自不自費隨你

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7月9號大老遠跑來這裡看診,嘴巴破了兩個洞跟醫生說要塗藥,醫生非常快速的塗好藥，我跟他說上次來有用點藥但是像燒的方式很快就痊癒了這次也是用這個方式嗎？醫生回答我一樣啊我幫你點的所以有先噴麻藥兩個小時之後才比較會有感覺。用燒的方式和用涂藥方式是不一樣的醫生不要欺騙信任你的病人。
如果塗麻藥應該沒知覺但還是很痛。所以看完對醫生的敷衍感到失望。傷口沒有比較好

（上次看診給一位老醫師看，結果進去了也要等很久...因為醫師在講電話很無解==坐在那邊都不知道要幹嘛）
