★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去針灸，交代護士千萬要確定針都拔下，結果回家發現一根針沒拔，跟櫃檯反應，竟然不斷敷衍了事，說針很多，所以沒發現到，真誇張，針越多應該更小心不是？況且其實就只有幾根針而已，這樣也沒檢查到，今天留一根，明天又要留幾根針，刺到眼睛你們診所賠嗎？醫生跟護士也沒確認好，非常草率，非常不推薦針灸！！要去的人請審慎評估

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診開始因為不熟悉中醫看診療程加上對症狀很慌張、一直很多問題，超級感謝李帛璇醫師都很耐心的回答及處理，目前還是很不舒服，但醫師讓我安心很多?
唯一小小建議，因為貴診所規模比較大、櫃台也忙碌、還有針灸及推拿分別在二樓，如果能張貼一張向新患者解說看診及復健流程，就不用打擾忙碌的櫃台小姐、造成醫師麻煩、也不會再有像我這種笨蛋因為搞不清楚所以空等了很久??

The only small suggestion, because your clinic is relatively large, the counter is busy, and there are acupuncture and massage on the second floor. If you can post a poster explaining the consultation and rehabilitation procedures to new patients, you don’t need to disturb the busy counter lady and cause doctors. Trouble, there will be no more idiots like me who wait for a long time because they can't figure it out??
