When I just opened an account, there is room for improvement in the overall attitude, service attitude and tone of speech. The business staff are not recognizable regardless of their seats or personal names, and they feel like yamen. Looking forward to the people in the library work harder!

多年前我曾經在他間合庫開過證券戶，
主要投資業務由家母代操，故不了解。
今日請櫃員協助查詢是否有開過證券戶，
其回覆說沒有開過戶，需填寫資料開戶
（查詢期間櫃員大聲聊天說我覺得他沒有開過）
但我填寫資料期間又再次與家人確認我有開過戶也有買賣，櫃員才再去查詢發現我已經有戶頭了！
想請問究竟第一次櫃員是否有查詢？
相隔5分鐘內查詢會有不同答案？
是不在三重分行辦理的業務都查不到嗎？
