但是蔥抓餅這東西我只吃原味加蛋,
因為,
不管是煎的或炸的,
最可以吃到餅的香味,
我覺得就有點像吃牛排,
到底是要吃牛肉牛排?
還是反而注重到它的副餐自助吧!?
基本上,
我覺得這個蔥抓餅有進步空間,
餅皮蔥量也是不夠滿足愛吃的人,
香味沒帶出來以外,
帶油的控制也是一樣...

覺得現在大台北地區蔥抓餅已經沒有很好找了,
在三重能夠尋地圖找到這間,真的很感謝老闆娘讓我吃到想吃好久的蔥抓餅❤️
點蔥抓餅加蛋
皮的部分抓的很夠,厚度剛好,外酥內軟
醬料可以有醬油跟胡椒,我選加醬油就好的
但缺點反而是醬油,也許是加太多很搶戲
把蛋香給蓋掉了?
下次會記得請老闆娘少加點醬油
應該就會很完美了?
