哨子乾麵比較甜口，香氣是夠的，只是這甜味個人不喜歡而已，狠甜口，麵體就一般陽春麵體，因為外帶有請頭家煮麵硬，多種小菜可供選擇，基本上都一般水準，只有一個紅燒肉真的打槍再打槍，酥脆度不夠，肉質偏五花沒問題，但是太軟爛，
