建議勞工局過來關切一下,看看這是什麼樣的公司?身為正職居然連個年終都沒有,還騙說加在薪資調漲上,我還是第一次遇到公司不給員工年終的公司,爛透了。而且貴公司對女性員工超級不友善,想請生理假每個月還要滿30天才准請,一個未滿30天被要求改請病假還要給病假證明,不然就要改事假,全勤都沒了,還要被亂扣薪水跟假別,不建議來這間公司,對女性員工是充滿不平等待遇。
