★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買了同一建商旗下的其它建案，一年後牆壁出現滲水的情況。建商有來打針(學名叫 高壓灌注) 但態度不是很好，覺得有這麼嚴重嗎？過了保固有來維修已經很好了 。(合約上建材及設備保固是一年)。但幾百萬的新房子，才一年就出現滲水，可見工程的品質並不是很好，怎麼會不嚴重？打完針後，本來裝潢的木地板也被藥劑滴得都是，還得自已清潔處理。希望還在考慮的朋友，要特別注意。
