家中1月份安裝新冷氣，然後由設計師安排推薦這家。
場勘、安裝過程都很順暢，不但準時而且安裝時環境整潔都有顧及，師傅來了三人，也都很客氣專業。
最重要的是，因為忘了抄下室外機製造編號(要申請退稅)，所以打電話給康闐求救，結果接電話的小姐超級超級超級細心，竟然有把編號記下來，實在是太感動了!!!!讚讚讚讚讚!!!!

The most important thing is, because I forgot to copy the outdoor unit's manufacturing number (to apply for a tax rebate), I called Kang Tian for help. The lady who answered the phone was super super attentive and even wrote down the number. I was really touched. !!!! Like like like like like!!!!
