I worked in this company many years ago. This company used to hire nighttime and poor employees to run the night market. It is a lack of money to go through legal loopholes. Overtime does not pay for holidays. It does not give overtime typhoon days to work. There is no year-end bonus. The annual special rest was therefore lodged by the staff to the court to compensate the tens of thousands of such operators.
