我平常都用電話訂購，買了好幾次，每次詢問都說要查一下，在回撥給我，過了一個禮拜都沒消息，在打電話過去又跟我說要查一下，要一直電話催才有答案。
有時候詢問愛理不理，或是事不關己的，員工
訓練要加強。
雖然說了這麼多，還是有優點的，就是有出工具本，讓人能方便至電至貴公司。
希望老闆有看到這則能瞭解。
