★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 後陽台原本牆壁的狀態慘不忍睹，天花板因以前樓上曾漏水而木條斑駁剝落(圖一)圍牆油漆也因撕除長年壁貼而斑駁不堪(圖三)，經廖師傅巧手之下，讓原老舊的後陽台在短短一天內煥然一新!非常值得大力推薦的好師傅!
The original wall of the back balcony was in a terrible state. The ceiling was mottled and peeled off due to the water leaking upstairs (Picture 1). The paint on the wall was also mottled due to the removal of the long-term wall stickers (Picture 3). The old and old back balcony has been renovated in just one day!
