門市服務小姐很親切，也會認真介紹耳機的使用方法，
Youtuber上的開箱文介紹的功能，都沒有服務小姐介紹的完善，
意外的的把新耳機的功能完全的發揮出來，
Galaxy Buds 2耳機可設定主動降噪功能，功能非常強大
音樂上的表現不輸給，上萬元的有線耳罩式耳機，
價格與品質再加上門市服務，
我想這些都不是從網購上能夠獲得的服務。
