★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1957年春天，三光教會部分信徒為了尋覓寧靜禮拜之處，便在本教會開拓者許憲宗傳道的領導下，重新建設教會，是故稱之「重新教會」。當初，租借大同南路一處店面樓下為禮拜堂，4月21日由孫雅各牧師主持開幕禮拜。開創初期，教堂設借一切從簡，當時艱難情形，筆墨難以形容。同年8月由於信徒熱切奉獻，遂購買隔壁之平房為牧師館。三重地區工業發展迅速，工廠林立，因此教會附設勞中心；拓展工業社會傳道事工，同時協助中南部遷來之會友就業。
In the spring of 1957, in order to find peaceful places of worship, some members of the Sanguang Church rebuilt the church under the leadership of the preacher of the church, Xu Xianzong. At the beginning, a shop on the downstairs of Datong South Road was rented as a chapel. On April 21, Pastor Sun Yage presided over the opening ceremony. In the early days of the founding of the church, everything was simplified, and the difficult circumstances at the time were indescribable. In August of the same year, due to the devoted devotion of the believers, he bought a bungalow next door for the priest house. The industrial development in the Mie area is rapid, and there are many factories, so the church has a labor center; it expands the industrial social mission ministry, and at the same time assists the relocation of members from the central and southern areas.
