兩碗麵的湯色明顯不同，其中較深的那碗聞起來有焦味，吃起來也確實有焦味。
不過確實料多實在，正常的那碗味道也很不錯，手工泡菜清脆微辣很涮嘴。
雖然美中不足的是其中一碗有焦味，但仍值得五星評價。

廣東粥料超多，不過是用飯煮的粥，不是用米，比較像湯泡飯，配料相當豐富，切工也很用心，份量很夠且美味。
