1/26早班人員再非巔峰時段服務態度極差,因為本人1/25號與女友一同前往接種疫苗但未帶小黃卡所以健保卡寄放在本診所,所隔日1/26號由於工作關係請女友前往領取,但告知早班人員要領取健保卡以及補填小黃卡乙事,但早班人員卻沒有查證此事,堅決否認本人之健保卡在本診所,對我女友置之不理,我不懂早班跟晚班的工作態度怎麼如此天壤之別,更何況晚上如此巔峰時段還能保有這樣的工作態度及職業精神這是值得讚許與肯定的,這樣的評分是針對沒有查證及非巔峰時段對客人置之不理這件事。

2022/4/23因為有公費快篩,感冒就診(初診),一開始掛號病患全部湧進櫃台,小姐既沒有幫病患量體溫,也沒有叫大家實名制,疫情上升的期間,看了整個大傻眼,有點嚇到……或許有些人會認為,量體溫跟實名制,不是那麼重要,就懶得做,但身為醫療診所方,這最基本進診所的動作一概省略,感觀真的不好!

之前有來施打過第二劑,覺得服務不錯,所以第三劑也預約這間。 3/29來施打第三劑,櫃檯人員態度不好就算了,連施打疫苗的人也是。可能是現場準備要施打疫苗的人跟看診的人很多,所以在施打的過程非常快速又粗魯,導致隔天我的手臂瘀青到今天,已經兩個禮拜了,都還沒有好。 我本來覺得瘀青的事情就算了,但今天真的碰到我的點。 我的家人,在今天4/12下午四點打電話詢問有沒有第三劑莫德納的疫苗,接電話的人直接大聲回「妳這樣問我怎麼知道啊!」 哈囉,我不管妳們今天是月經來還是職業倦怠,如果不想施打就不要跟政府合作,我們沒必要平白無故受妳們的氣,更何況我們的從頭到尾態度都很好。
